Property Description

Andaluci´a Guest House is a small, cozy and economical guest house conveniently located in Ocean Park, right between Condado & Isla Verde touristic areas in San Juan. We have an Andalusian-style interior patio with jacuzzi, a lobby with sitting area, free computer station and free local phone. Also a 2nd floor sun-deck, after-beach outdoor shower, freeWifi and 6 free parkings in front of the property (first-come-first-serve).We have 11 rooms and studios, all with private bathrooms with shower, cable-TV, a/c, and daily maid service. Each one is individually decorated.Ocean Park is a laid-back residential beach area with several convenient stores, shops, restaurants & cafe´s, like famous Kasalta Bakery (four houses away) within walking distance. 24-hour Walgreens convenience store is around the corner; local banks, the laundromat and Post Office are a couple of blocks away. The Puerto Rico Art Museum is just a 15 minutes walk, or you can take the bus or a taxi.Ocean Park Beach is just two minutes-walk from us. Many travel experts like Frommers. com recommend it as one of the best beaches in the San Juan Metro area for it's broadness and cleanness.
