On Saturday night there was a party next door. Noise went from midnight well on to three am. Shouting, banging doors, coming and going. Complained to desk staff in the morning and all I got was an “oh”. Clearly the night staff must have know what was going on given the number of people coming and going. Complimentary breakfast was a disgrace. Long lines every morning to order food through a window. Very, very poor.

I always stay at Best Western, our three night stay was a little disappointing this time. Our tub/shower faucet required attention, couldn't use it for a shower as the handle kept dropping to scalding, either on freezing water or scalding. two repair requests received zero action. The stairways were very dirty and not attended to during the four days we used them. However your staff was wonderful, good job gals managing with little support!

the service was good and breakfast was nice, but the beds were very hard and uncomfortable and there wasn't much water pressure.

I come once a year this year I was very disappointed. When I book the room through Hotel Planner for two nights I was told it would be no problem to cancel the second night as long as I did so by 4:00 pm. Upon check in I was asked if I wanted to change some of my US dollars to Canadian I asked what the exchange rate was and he said no exchange rate, I declined and he was persistent. Once in the room it smelled odd, realized someone had been smoking marijuana in the room. The next morning I called the front desk to cancel second night and was told I could not, after speaking to Mohammad he finally said it was okay I would not be charged for the second nights stay. I checked out was charged more then I was told from Hotel Planner had a printout to show him but he did not get it!. Well good old Mohammad charged me for the one night and additional two nights! There is some disconnect somewhere but I will not be paying for three nights that is for sure!

We had a lovely room. In fact we are coming back on July 23. You have become a favorite and will keep returning. It is stressful going to see specialty doctor, but helps with you wonderful staff and beautiful rooms I would rate you an 8.5.
