The Ramada is newly renovated and across from Canada One Factory Outlet Shopping. Close to golf courses, mini putt, go carting and skateboard park. The location is further from the falls than sister Ramada hotel but with easy access by Way to Go Bus. The nice modern hip lobby leads to upscale Meat Market Steakhouse – soon to be open, Don Cherry's Sport Grill and Starbucks. The hotel is offering their guests two for one Breakfast, 20% Starbucks and 10% Don Cherry's Discount. The rooms with either Queen, two Queens or King beds are spacious with contemporary nice design. Amenities include a 32 inch LCD TV, in room coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fridge, microwave and work station. Some of the King Suites offer a fireplace, large two person whirlpool and walk in glass enclosed shower. The bathrooms are nice, spacious and with granite counter tops. There is a fitness room with natural light and three pools – one outdoor and two indoor – one of them with saltwater. For meeting and events there are several meeting spaces – some with natural light.

Positives: it's clean beds are comfortable shower is hot with good pressure place is not too close and not too far from all the attractions. Room has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and pullout couch. WiFi was fast staff are friendly and polite Negatives: both TVs in the suite were broken. When management advised they sent someone up to fiddle around and pretend they could do something about it but they obviously couldn't. the pullout was dirty looking. ironing board kept collapsing the windows have almost no sound proofing. You hear every thing going on outside. A/C is so loud the gym is pretty minimally equipped. the cafe in the lobby charges $7 for a basic coffee! parking is $20/night. Should be free at that level as far as I'm concerned. sitting room in our suite was dark like a cave even with all three lamps on.
