I was unable to use my booking due to a medical emergency and was unable to travel. I called the hotel directly on May 29th at 10:56pm and was helped by a woman assuring me that the reservation would be cancelled. Service like this will have me staying at this location again. Unfortunately your online booking services could care less about customer service and medical emergencies. As such I ended paying for May 21st but did not use your hotel. I will only deal with your hotel directly when staying there.
