The accommodations were good My only negative is I fell in breakfast area and reported it to front desk as you could immediately see the injuries and many witnesses from a boys baseball team. Other than sorry and a laugh nothing was said.

Very unimpressed over the amount of disappoint we had with our stay. The air was not cold enough, the pillows were awful and we could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway. On top of that your laundry facilities were out of order, one reason we booked your hotel over others. When checking in the receptionist was answering calls at the same time she was speaking with me, on top of that she was short in communication and I couldn't understand her with that stupid mask on. I was also not advised at the time of booking that there was an additional $15 parking fee. I'm staying at your hotel and your making me pay for parking? That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I will never stay at your hotel again, very disappointed to say we had better service at Super 8. I will also be leaving a review on google to advise perspective clients of the severe flaws in your hotel.

The only complaint I have about the room is that the curtains wouldn't close and the sunlight woke me up very early. Everything else about the room was great, but for the price you would think that they could spend for curtains.

Hotel is five weeks old. Awesome place. Two block walk to Cubs game. Very secure. Hampton hit a home run with this place (no pun intended). Stay here. It's well worth the money.
