"Hilton hotel staff"

Everybody that we encountered who work for Oak Brook, Hilton or top shelf. Everybody was friendly, nice and accommodating. I didn't catch the young man's name at the front desk. But tonight at 7:25 I went to the front desk to have him put my points on the Hilton card and he gladly handled everything for me with no problem at all. Again, top shelf, staff and top shelf property.
