We showed up here after 10 hours of driving. We had pre booked the hotel. The door was propped open by a rug which breach is safety. The entire place smelled like marijuana. My husband went down to the bathroom near the front lobby and the soap dispenser was busted on the wall, the light was flickering and it smelt like crack. Also, the entire room was disgusting. There was staining on the couch and bed. Also, the lock on the door did not work properly.

Check out time is at 11, at 8:30. The cleaning lady knocked hard on my door. Woke everybody up and walked in. The overnight staff slept out in the day Hall all night long.

I did not enjoy my stay. When arriving. The rooms smelled like pure cigarette smoke. The bathtub had mold around the edges and when I filled the tub up it was filled with hair and junk from where the tub was not cleaned properly. I had to go to the store and get bathroom cleaner and clean it myself the smoke alarm was hanging from where it was broke and there was no TV remote. This was suppose to be the delux room and there was nothing delux about it.

The area right off the lobby wreaked of cigarettes, even though signs stated the entire property was non smoking. Floor could have been cleaner. I think chair height toilets should be standard in all rooms.
