"Disappointing Stay"

The first room we were given was unkept, the pillow was indented looking like someone had laid on it, sheets were messed up. The second room was the same. We finally accepted the third but it was not up to Sheraton standards, with stained sofa, rugs in the lobby were very dirty. We paid $236 for one night and it was a huge disappointment!

"Worst hotel service I have ever received."

Upon arrival I requested a luggage cart, was told one will be sent to me (never received), had to go get it myself. Then the phone did not work, well according to the front desk there was a switch on the handset that needed to be turned on. Also, requested a wake up at 4:30 am and they called at 3:30. The only convivence about this hotel was that it was next door to the hospital where my husband was having a procedure done. Won't ever stay there again. My overall rating of this hotel is a "1".

"Average Hotel"

May be unfair since we stayed at a great Sheraton a few weeks ago in San Diego. But the Tucson hotel was average in comparison. The grounds were not well maintained and the hallway carpet was not clean when you stepped off the elevator. The pool was cloudy and not sparkly clear like it should be. The room itself was very clean, however we looked out to a brick wall, when we asked if we could change to a room with a better view we were told no despite the hotel looking like it has 30% or less capacity. The hotel itself looks like it would have great views of Mt Lemon or downtown Tucson but the front desk would not move us.

Very skimpy on the amenities. Locals seem to know and brought coolers of refreshments. Out of Towners without a car were out of luck. Nowhere to eat on Sunday night. Shabby furnishings and finishes; dark unattractive decor. No flowers on the grounds. All this somewhat mediated by the friendly, hardworking staff. Will stay elsewhere next time in Tucson.

We stayed in a two queen bed room on the second floor. Everything was so old. The evevaltor was dingie and a little scary to ride. The hallway leading to the room smelled musky and stained carpet. The room itself was very dirty. I will not be staying here again.
