Comply with all applicable environmental laws, statutes and regulations and take a proactive approach to future requirements and obligations.

Monitor performance and aim for continued improvement by reducing re-using, and recycling in areas such as energy consumption, reduction of waste materials and water consumption

Set sound environmental and social objectives and targets, and integrate a process of review and reporting.
Saving energy and water and reducing waste by:
Monitoring energy and water consumption on monthly basis.
Have effective energy efficient lighting installed in at least 50% of areas.
Have installed environmentally friendly flow restrictors, controllers and showerheads and taps.
Have a policy of purchasing low energy equipment for electrical devices i.e.: fridges, cookers, washing machines.
Have an Energy Management System installed to turn lights, electrical appliances and air conditioning off in empty rooms.
Have renewable sources of energy captured on site and used such as: photovoltaic system for swimming pool pumps and solar panels for hot water.
Have a set procedure in towel and bed linen changed twice a week.
Train employees on energy and water saving procedures and how they can reuse, reduce and recycle waste
Part of our water consumption in the hotel is through a water well, used in guest rooms (WC’s), swimming pool and garden
