Featuring 1- and 2-bedroom units with bunk room and incredible 3-bedroom end units, all units have a washer/dryer, marble baths (some with whirlpool tub) and master bedroom and living room with fabulous views of the Gulf. Sunrise Beach is also located just minutes from Pier Park and Frank Brown Recreation Center.You must be 25yrs of age or older to rent a condominium at Sunrise Beach Condominiums unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
