Because I had an issue with my previous(another chain) hotel room, I asked Stephanie, to make sure my room was thoroughly cleaned. I think she missed an opportunity to reassure me, instead she took offense saying "we don't sell dirty rooms". A more favorable response would have been, I understand your concern and your room will be of the highest quality. Over all my room was clean. Thank you!
