Clouds Estate is majestically situated on top of Helshoogte with magnificent mountain views all around. Our rooms and self-catering villas are spaciously structured and contemporarily designed. Each piece of furniture has been carefully chosen to enhance the building's modern feel, creating a striking overall look. Ceiling to floor glass panes invite visitors to sit back, relax and enjoy the view.
Each of our seven guesthouse rooms offers magnificent views and attention to design detail. The stylish rooms look out over the valley and in summer you can appreciate this vista from sun loungers at the pool. Breakfast is included in the guesthouse rates and a number of top South African restaurants are in close driving distance to the estate.
Our semi-detached, self-catering villas are set apart from the guesthouse, perfect for families and romantic weekend breaks. Beautifully landscaped and framed by our vineyard, the villas enjoy a sense of quiet and privacy. Prepare meals at leisure in the fully equipped kitchen and dine on your balcony as the sun dips into the valley.
Green sustainability
Clouds Estate has solar heating for hot water around the estate. Use bamboo towels, saving water in the wash process. Rooms have electronic key cards ensuring unused lights & electrical equipment switch off after 2 minutes of no use. A grey water system recycles our bath water for the vineyards. Eco-friendly washing machines and dryers.
