We booked a Quality Inn in Chattanooga and weren't able to drive that far. We stayed at the Quality Inn at Horse Cave instead and the charges at the initial hotel were reversed. THANK YOU!

Let's just say there was an unpleasant surprise in the bathroom. Too tired to say anything that night so I cleaned it up myself and notified the front desk in the morning.

Called in advance to ask if their was a pet fee and if pets were included. Was told no fee, took my payment and waited until we drove 14 hours to screw us with a pet fee on the back end! Will never stay at "quality" inn again! (Not to mention, we are only here for three freaking hours).

This is a fine typical highway motel. The room is comortable and clean. There are two problems. 1. There is no elevator and there are stairs to most of the rooms. This means that one must carry one's luggage down and up stairs. The hotel staff was helpful even loaning us a bottle openner.

Was Mostly decent. Looked like the cleaning lady only did a half ass job on the room cleaning. Still had someone else's used hotel shampoo bottle in the shower and they didn't change the bed just remade it.

I would never stay here again. For the price you were robbed. Floor was dirty bathrooms old. Pipes sticking out of ceiling in the room headboards on the bed were falling apart Toilet not properly bolted to the floor. Very hazardous. No plug in bathroom sink. You could see hair clogged in the drain. Bathroom door all chipped and dinged up. Fridge was not cold even when turned on high Very poor water pressure in the shower. Hallways had no baseboards and carpet was peeling up at the edges. All in all a very bad experience. We will never stay at this chain of hotels again.

Our air conditioner didn't work in our room. We asked for someone to come look at it and the person got smart with us. He said that the air conditioner doesn't work because the outside temperature is cooler than what we wanted air conditioner to be at. Which makes no sense. Then he said that he would refund our money and we can leave. We are 5.5 hours from home. No other hotels were open. We were stuck and it was very hot in our room all night. Very disappointed in our choice to stay at this hotel and will never stay at a quality inn again.

Most of time time there was no one at the front desk, even when I hollered loudly several times No tissues in the tissue box in bathroom. NO juice, empty machine, at 7am, at breakfast and no one in attendance there to complain to. Had to remove chairs placed on top of tables to have a place to sit.
