I thought there would be a refrigerator in the room and when there wasn't, I went down to the desk and asked why there wasn't one, I was told the rooms don't come with one. The maintenance person over heard the discussion and asked me my room number and said he would bring one to the room. That was so impressive to me. not really his responsibility, but he really came through for us as we had food that needed to be cooled.

I had a great stay at Double Tree in Laurel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While I understand charging for breakfast, I do believe guests should have access to free coffee in the lobby each morning.
