Your staff was always friendly and responsive to questions and requests no matter the time. Cookies were always available (a nice perk for staying at a Doubletree). The location was right off the highway and central to places we needed to be. Hilton beds are always extremely comfortable. Never had a problem at a Doubletree.

We stay here every year for our daughter's swim meet at the Fairland aquatic center. It is very close and convenient. The price was double this year, which was disappointing. Last year we paid under 70, this year it was nearly 130. Hotel room was fairly clean, the light didn't work but we didn't report it. Ceiling needed some work as it was splotchy and needed patching and painting. Bathroom was renovated, but I found a safety pin on the shower floor. Staff was friendly.

Very nice property to stay at. Being a team manager for a hockey team, there is usually a handful of complaints about the "noise" issue. This wasn't the case this time. The hotel knew exactly what they were going to deal with and didn't add any complications to the stay. They also have a very nice restaurant, connected to the hotel. Delicious food, great service! I highly recommend this place!
