"A Mess"

Where do I begin? The hotel wanted to charge a $75 early check-in fee so instead, we waited around after the front desk told our family that we could check-in as early as 1:30 pm. We still has to wait 45 minutes to an hour for regular check-in. The elevator did not work. The halls were hot and reeked of Mildew. None of the doors that led inside had any locks on them. There was an empty hole. Not enough towels and no one attempted to get us any after we asked. The Wi-Fi was horrible and there was loud music at the pool area. There was a scheduled pool party and the guests was just staring at the family like they were intimidating the family to get out. The front desk staff was rude and not professional at all. I can say that the continental breakfast and kitchen staff was the only good thing other than the modern room decorations and furniture.

"Highly Recommend"

Although there were some minor cosmetic issues due to hotel renovations, our stay was great. The hotel location offered easy access to the freeway and numerous restaurants. The staff was both exceptional and entertaining. The price of lodging was reasonable. The banquet room was functional. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast bar was well stocked. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

"Enjoyable Stay, Great Staff, Comfortable Beds"

I was part of a church trip that went. When we arrived all of the rooms were not ready, but Martin got the ball moving fast. In less than an hour, everyone checked in and was ready to begin our weekend. He and his staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs while we were at the hotel. The hotel was clean and located in a quiet area with easy access on and off the interstate. The breakfast was also good each morning. Yes, I would stay here again.

"Nice Place with Great Service."

We stayed with a large group and upon arrival the check-in process was very fast. Showed ID and payment and they already had the keys ready to go. Rooms were very well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Nice breakfast and eggs made-to-order. Everyone was very nice at the hotel. Just because they are not a large chain does not mean that it is not a nice place. I will stay here every time we are in Memphis.

We are located near Shelby Oaks Corporate Park, approximately 15 minutes from Graceland and 10 minutes from the Memphis International Airport.What we have for you:Our amenities include free wireless internet in all common areas to include all floors of the hotel. We also have an indoor heated pool, hot tub and fitness center. The business center is conveniently located near the lobby/lounge for all guests and business travelers. Fax and copies are available upon request for your business needs.
