The close proximity to Orlando makes for a convenient location near all of the major attractions that make up the #1 tourist destination in the United States; Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet and Wild Orlando. For the price I expected some shampoo in the shower along with soap that was there. The floors were sticky. Probably from the solution used to clean them. Had no water or cups in room. No ice or ice buckets.

We were only traveling through and all hotels were booked. No breakfast, no hair dryer only saw soap in the bathroom. Not the ideal hotel.

I have submitted for a refund. Would never never refer to anyone. Bugs in the bathroom. The air conditioner started making so much noise at 12:37. Did not get any sleep! Mold in the bathroom. I have pictures and will share!

The floor was greasy and dirty, getting assistance is difficult if you are not there during business hours, no one at front desk. Third and last day there had water dripping into our bathroom from the ceiling. Not a good experience.

Hotel was not clean, smelled of cigarette smoke and there was no hot water and no ice machine. Front desk was not open and when I had to leave unexpectedly two days earlier than planned I was unable to check out because Front desk staff were not present at 8am. Ended up getting charged for entire three day stay even though I only stayed one night. Attempts to call Front desk after departing were met with a message about technical difficulties. Called main number for Woodbridge Suites hotel and was put into an endless hold with repeated messages about how important my call was to them and that the wait times were unusually long. After over 30 min on hold I gave up and will seek my refund by disputing the charge for the two nights that I did not stay.

Cigarette smoke everywhere. Front desk not open. And when you call front desk you get the voice mail. No hot water, no ice machine and dogs barking in room next door. Bad bad stay.

Cancelled as soon as we saw the property and room. Super dirty,roaches,tv didn't work, had to use a lobby phone to get someone to check in when we got there, the smell of marijuana would take your breath away, on and on. The only good thing was the woman at the counter was nice and gave us our money back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and that's about as positive as it got. Basic room with kitchenette and bath it doubles as a long term stay. Unfortunately, it reeked of stale cigarette smoke and that was very off putting. I would not recommend this hotel.

Poor conditions, dirty, smelly. The place was scary, you got people hanging outside, we seen people smoking drugs on the Grounds. That's when packed our stuff and left. Not safe for two older women.
