The Lighthouse Inn & Carriage House Located in the desirable Nubble Light neighborhood of York Beach, between Long Sands and Short Sands beaches…and just a short distance to York Beach village center. One of the most distinguishing features of our location is the quiet! We are tucked away, just a hundred yards from Long Sands Beach, yet off of the main thoroughfare of the crowds and bustling traffic. Every room on our property was updated in 2014. In addition to our 23 updated motel-style rooms, we offer 7 beautiful Carriage House rooms, each uniquely decorated in beachy warm tones, with 4-poster beds and comfy seating. So whether you are coming to play on the beach, surf, fish, explore the southern Maine coastline, shop the Kittery Outlets, or just relax on our beautiful grounds or by the pool or in the hot tub…we look forward to seeing you. And if you need a few extra reasons to come visit us, try these amenities on for size: - Free continental breakfast included in your room rate - Hot tub and heat pool - Plenty of free, on-sight parking for our guests - Wagons available for getting all of your precious cargo down to the beach - Free WiFi on-sight - Checking out?
