It was fine.
This is going to be my go to place to stay whenever I visit family in Salem. Breakfast was awesome and the service was awesome.
When we returned to the room Sunday evening, we found that the A/C wasn't working. The front desk sent maintenance up to the room at 7:30pm right after we called. After trouble shooting Daniel found that the unit was dead and not responding to either the Wall controls or the controls on the unit. Despite the time Daniel returned with a replacement unit and swapped them out. During the entire process Daniel was polite and explained everything he did. Daniel should be recognized for going above and beyond on a Sunday Night. Its valuable employees like Daniel is why we will continue to use your property when we visit family in Roanoke. We can't thank you and Daniel enough Bob and Karen Werlau.
Room was very clean. Nice restaurant and lounge.
Room was lovely and desk staff for late afternoon check in (Jessie) was particularly helpful, knowledgeable! 10!
We received good service. Employees were all friendly. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. Food was good.
Hotel access kept clear in spite of cold and snow/ice. Room quiet and kept very clean and neat. Restaurant food good and staff friendly and efficient.
