Everything went very smoothly upon check in. However I was never told we had to pay for parking and there were no obvious signs posted. When I got into my car had a ticket. I would have appreciated an advisory to let us know that we were going to be charged or if we had a car would have been a good question to ask. Very disappointed with that. Hotel and amenities were very nice and comfortable.

No hot water and elevator near room did not work last day. Should. Put sign at entrance instead of having to walk all the way to the back to find out there was a sign on the door saying not working. Had to walk all the way up font to use another elevator and walk all the way back k to room 634.

Property description

The Embassy Suites Hotel offers a beautiful garden atrium, featuring a water garden complete with white Royal Swans. We are a 6-story property with 220 well appointed 2-bedroom suites. The hotel offers 85 double/double suites with 8 being handicap accessible rooms. 80% of our guestrooms are non-smoking rooms. Each suite consists of a private bedroom with an iron and ironing board, television and a well-lit work desk. A door closes between the bedroom and separate living room providing a pull-out sofa bed, another television, wet bar, microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker. Additional features include two telephone lines with wireless high-speed internet access. Our meeting space is located in a quiet non-gaming environment anf offers our guests over 10,000 square feet of flexible space. Our professional catering staff can assist you with menu selection as well as assistance with planning the perfect meeting.
