This is my second time staying at this hotel and I will come back every time I travel to Albany. It's a short (and relatively cheap) Uber ride away from the Amtrak station and an easy walk to MVP Arena. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast has a wide variety of foods and was pleasantly surprising. A quality place to stay for a very reasonable price.

From booking the room with Alex to checking in with Ashley, to dining and using the shuttle service at 4:30 in the morning, the staff was superb! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, it was refreshing in today's world for sure! Whenever we fly out of Albany International we will be staying with this hotel 100%!
