Room very clean. Hotel breakfast was excellent. Employees were very friendly and pleasant. When visitor is on the 6th floor you should inform them to let the hot water run a long time to get to their room. Cold showers are not enjoyable. the hotel is a beautiful place to stay.

Our recent stay was not what we expected. Our room was not ready at four and waited in the lobby for approx a hour.The room was smaller than most closets. We were charged for parking (with a fee) for a car that we didn't have. After two calls, the manager said she would call back once resolved. No call but we did get an email two days later with the corrected bill. The A/C worked occasionally so it was stuffy in the small room. In summary, the experience was not what we expected for our two day anniversary staycation. We will take this hotel off the list for future trips.
