We are a basic and casual, family-friendly hotel in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. We have 21 rooms with and without air conditioning. There are two swimming pools, a restaurant, bar and lots of local wildlife visiting throughout the day. We are on the local bus route at a bus stop and are just a short ride from the beach or the town.

Pool Info:
We have 2 different pools. Our waterfall pool is warmer and in the sun all day and is open until 8 pm. The Jungle pool is cooler as it spends a good bit of the day in the shade. It can be used later in the day as long as the noise isn't a problem for other guests.

Airport & Shuttle Information

We are a short drive from the local Quepos (XQP)airport and a 2 1/2 hour ride from the San Jose (SJO) International airport. Transportation from SJO to Hotel Mono Azul is easy to arrange for 1-50 people.

Local Shuttle Info: The local bus service stops right next to the hotel. It is approximately 60 cents to ride to the beach or town.

Breakfast Information

Our Rainforest Restaurant begins breakfast at 6:30 and closes after dinner at 9pm. Breakfast is not included in normal rates but can be included in group rates. We can also offer included group lunch, dinner or snacks.
