At 230am there was a group of people directly outside hotel entrance talking loudly, yelling. This went on until 341am and restarted at 455am. When I inquired at front desk the next day I was told that the overnight desk person could not have heard the noise so they could not of stopped it so I should have just called the local police.

Property Description

The SpringHill Suites is an all suite, select service hotel completely renovated in June 2013. The rooms are 25% larger than a standard hotel room and offer more room to work... or relax. We offer complimentary internet, local phone calls and an upgraded hot breakfast buffet every morning. Our location offers easy access to 3 major highways, and parking in our large lot is complimentary. Of course if you prefer not to drive, The Shops at West End offers a variety of shopping and dining options - all within walking distance!If meeting space is required for your stay, we have several options for you. Our conference room seats 14 comfortably in boardroom set up, and our larger meeting room offers 2 sections (750 sq feet each) with complete A/V capabilites and catering option. ALl of our meeting space boasts windows and natural lighting.
