On the most horrible day of my life your Manager Layne showed me what a truly beautiful person is. My husband had a cardiac arrest on the morning of December 30 in our room. Even though I am devastated to say he did not survive this, my new friend Layne showed me and my family what true service to others is. I hope you know what a true gem you have in her.
