"Needs attention to detail!"

Hello, the welcoming staff was simply outstanding however the room was flawed! There were no Kleenex (box was empty), faucet handle in shower is loose, shower drains incredibly SLOW,kitchenette area faucet handle appears new but doesn't work properly. It opens but has to be pushed for shutoff. These are all regular maintenance issues that should not go unattended. Other than that, we slept very very well! Thanks, Larry.

I came in for the Cooper wedding and had the most amazing time. Your hotel was the icing on the cake, thanks to your entire staff. The rooms were very clean and tidy and your staff was so friendly. Thank you.

Everything and everyone at this location were wonderful. Even prior to arrival, when I was having difficulty with "Hotel Planner", they came through and took care of the problem. Requested an early check in and they accommodated us immediately. Room was very nice and clean. Only critique was having to pay $10.00 parking fee. Highly suggest calling hotel directly and not through "Hotel Planner".

Will be visiting each month on business. Wish bedding and towels were upgraded. Very worn and sheets were paper thin. Upgrading mattresses and covers would make a great difference. All staff wonderful. Hotel in good location. Close enough to restaurants and value being out of noisy traffic area. Very clean hotel.
