I am disappointed in this site. I was traveling for work. I work for Genesis Healthcare. Due to safety of our residents I was restricted from going into centers. Our state is in emergency. While I understand your cancellation policy. I found impossible to talk to a person after leaving several messages. Finally had to do live chat. Isabella was if no help. I feel like shame on you. Do not contact me again unless you want to work something out with me. I hope you and your family remain safe and healthy. Sincerely a disappointed customer.

Front desk was so friendly and helpful. She was the best! Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a bit outdated but worked. Had a night cap in the bar where there was a friendly bartender. Close to town, if nicer out I would've taken a walk to Main Street. Pillows were huge and bed was fine. I'd stay again for sure.
