I loved the balcony room plenty of room. Also, coffee, doughnuts, fruit and various other drinks available 24 hrs. Breakfast vouchers for Regan's pancake house. Everyone was nice and friendly.

My mother and I went there for my 50th birthday, everyone was super friendly. They kept everything very clean and the grounds were nice. We really enjoyed that we were in walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. We went to The Island every night, the Pirate Show, and three Bears without having to get in the car! Definitely be back.

Only river-side meadow hotel in Pigeon Forge on the Parkway in the heart of town and it's just one block walk to the Island, the brand new “singing-fountain” town square with live bands and Margaritaville.- Pet friendly, dog friendly hotel in Pigeon Forge - six rooms only are available and must be booked for a pet. $15 per night per dog; two dogs max. - Eleven restaurants nearby within walking distance. - LeConte convention center is .9 mi walk along river.- In the meadow and on the river are ducks, geese, herons, and the occasional eagle and owl.
