The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The pools were nice and clean. The whole place was very nice. Good choice of restaurants, although I felt Cadillac restaurant was average, not the greatest. Tacos didn't have much meat and were greasy. The coke machine wasn't working. The biggest disappointment was the concert being canceled at the last minute. An email was sent out when we were on our way there. Overall the hotel is very nice and would recommend it.

The customer service everywhere we went was mediocre at best and the room service was shameful. We ordered breakfast for two and it was delivered cold and in styrofoam to go containers with plastic ware. Not even close to what one should expect for an $80 breakfast. I realize this is t a real 'resort', but when rooms are close to $500 a night, I would expect significantly better service. Doubt we'll go back.
