During Covid 19 we tried for weeks to cancel our reservation as we were no longer able to travel. Several other hotels were canceling without any fee. Not this hotel. After speaking to several people with the hotel, we were never able to get the slightest refund or even credit for a different stay. We will never stay at another one.
