Please remember the name of a reception lady: Timethy. My wife had been admitted to the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute on an emergency basis. Springfield Suites was recommended. When my wife, Terry, was settled in and comfortable at Bascom, I arrived at the hotel and Timethy was so understanding and accommodating. The room was excellent.
