Had a great experience. We use a lot of towels and they brought them even on days when it wasn't the official cleaning day. When something wasn't working, we got an answer fast. And Shavon, downstairs, was tremendous. She was responsive, kind, accommodating and a lovely person to see each day!

Or walk a few blocks to the Queensboro Plaza Subway station and catch the N, W or 7 trains. You'll be able to get anywhere in NYC easily from our convenient location. The Garden Grille restaurant in our lobby offers a full breakfast buffet daily that includes cooked to order choices like pancakes, omelets and so much more. Every evening our restaurant offers a full dinner menu with seasonal specials and our sophisticated bar offers nightly happy hour, yummy bar bites and of course, the full dinner menu. Or simply enjoy dinner in your room with evening room service. Our non-smoking property offers complimentary WiFi for all guests. In addition to an ATM on property, the hotel offers 24 hour access to coin-operated laundry, a state of the art fitness room and a retail shop with food, sundries and local novelties.For meetings or events, we have over 1,200 square feet of tech-enabled space that can be configured in a variety of different ways- depending on your unique needs.
