Making reservations was easy, when checking in staff was welcoming and prepared. Room was nicer than most. Breakfast was my highlight of the stay. Food service was excellent, attentive and very professional yet friendly. She made me feel like I was at home. I will make this my base when in Champaign area.

We were told when we made the reservation there would be no animal pets/dogs on fourth floor. But there were dogs on 4th floor. You deceived us and we are very disappointed and quite upset with you.

Booking service said they were at Hampton, offered a suite for $180. Arrived at hotel to find they have no suite and their room price is $170. And the person who said he is the Hampton scheduler is an outside service. Front desk staff told me they have been hearing same complaint. Why is it hard to find the phone number to call the front desk of a hotel???.
