Half Day Rental:
Rental for our function room, which seats 44 for a meal, is $510 on weekdays and $550 on weekends and/or public holidays, for the day. In addition, if a caterer is to be used for a meal or function other than breakfast (which we obviously provide as we are a B&B), a kitchen rental fee of $225 is charged and the kitchen must be left as clean as it was found. The kitchen cannot be made available until after breakfast service--not before 11 a.m.
