Property Description

We look forward to providing a bid to host your group and will do our best to make their stay comfortable. Built on the concept of providing a “home away from home” for the overnight traveler and the long- term visitor alike, our one and two bedroom suites feature fully furnished living rooms and fully equipped kitchens!Studio/Double Suite – 565 Sq. Feet(1 Bed/1 Bath)/(2 Beds/1 Bath)The studio suite included one bed in the sleeping area a pull out sleeper sofa in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The Double Suite includes a full living room area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom area with two double beds. Our fully equipped kitchen includes a full size refrigerator with icemaker, cutlery and table settings for four people. 2 Bedroom Suite – 904 Sq. Feet(2 Beds/2 Baths)The two bedroom includes a loft bedroom area upstairs with a king size bed a full bath. Downstairs is an enclosed bedroom with a king size bed a second full bath. Living area with fireplace, and the same kitchen as described above in the Double Suite. The two bedroom Suite has three televisions and two separate living areas upstairs and downstairsChase Suites is just minutes away from all area attractions, including Busch Gardens, Ybor City and Channelside and we offer attraction tickets for your convenience. We are located off the Courtney Campbell Causeway, centrally placed near the Tampa International Airport and within easy driving distance to some of the best beaches Florida has to offer.Our meeting space is about 400 square feet and seat 20 guests classroom style. We also have a dock area that over looks Old Tampa Bay. This area is public space and is a great place to unwind after a busy day.
