Large main home has two large bedrooms and en suite bathrooms, two large living rooms, a laundry room, a new gourmet kitchen with islands and open dining area for ten! Attached one bedroom Cottage have own living area, full bathroom, kitchenette and laundry area. Attached Sandroom (studio) has full bathroom and kitchenette. Both Sandroom and Cottage have split air-conditioners.BEDROOMS:Large master bedroom has king bed, split a/c, large tub, and separate shower. Second bedroom has own bathroom with shower, queen size bed, and split a/c. Third bedroom is attached cottage (416 SF), with king bed, separate living and kitchenette area, bathroom with shower, a/c and laundry area. Fourth bedroom is attached studio (256 SF) with queen bed, a/c, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning, separate bathroom, cable television, and access to wi-fi.LIVING ROOMS:Two large living areas to relax. Makai (beach side) living area has huge comfy couch, two large side chairs with ottoman, and a 60' flat screen t.v. Grab a book from the extensive library or watch a DVD from the expansive collection. Several outdoor entertaining or relaxing areas provide quiet time and privacy for guests.KITCHEN:Entertain in the newly constructed, custom, high end gourmet kitchen. The chef in the family will love the fully equipped kitchen with Sub Zero Refrigerator/Freezer, Wolfe gas stove and oven, two additional Gaggenau ovens, wine fridge, dish washer, microwave and a variety of small appliances (coffee makers, blender, etc.). Sile Stone counters cover the island, peninsula, and counters. Use the large, deep kitchen sink while looking out of the picturesque window, or for convenience, the smaller island sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with numerous plate settings, a variety of glassware, cooking utensils, and table linens. 6 bar seats, and huge open dining room fits 10 guests … perfect for entertaining! Laundry room just off kitchen.This fully fenced 16,700 sq.ft. property is one house from sandy Kailua Beach. Enjoy taking a dip in the gorgeous salt water pool, relaxing in the large hot tub, or hitting the beach that's just steps away! Beach toys and gear included! Ample driveway parking for 2-4 vehicles. Bedroom accommodations for 8 people, 10 people max capacity.Guest AccessGuests will not have access to a few closets and the garage.Interaction with GuestsYou have the entire property to use. We have a property manager to handle all requests and please use her as she wants to make you happy. She lives 5 minutes away and will take care of all things house related.The NeighborhoodPrivate residential neighborhood. Our street is very friendly and aware of tourists visiting. There are a few other vacation rentals in the hood. It is a small street with about 11 homes on the private street. It is definitely quiet. The street is about a 30 minute walk into downtown Kailua. Kailua is flat and easy to get around on bikes and we have 2 bikes for your use.Other Things to NoteThe house can be totally locked and secured. The safety and security is very important. Do not use the fireplace as it is not allowed by our homeowner's insurance. Please provide arrival and departure times MAHALO
