Our property is located just steps from Kailua Beach Park. You can relax by our pool and enjoy the tropical gardens, or walk just a short distance to the most beautiful beach in the country. It is a great beach for children. The water is calm as there is a coral reef 1/2 mile off shore, where the waves break. You can snorkel, swim, kayak, or just walk the beach for hours. You can also watch the sun rise in the morning over the ocean and the moon rise in the evening. It is truly breathtaking!Amenities include, a large fully tiled swimming pool, air conditioning, gated property, bikes, beach toys, free WIFI, a full modern kitchen with granite counters, 3 HDTVs with HBO and several other movie channels, 2 washers/dryers, gas BBQ grille, and more. There are 2 king beds, 2 double beds, a queen sofa bed, and 2 twin futons, which can be put anywhere in the house. We can also provide a crib and/or pack n' play for a child.Kailua Town is great, we have wonderful restaurants, fabulous shops, coffee houses, gorgeous beach and scenery, hiking, biking, kayaking, windsurfing, and kite surfing. Everyone that stays here loves it. It is truly paradise. Please note that you would be required to sign a 30 day rental agreement if staying at this property.We would love to have you stay!!
