Stayed with a large group attending a conference. We were well looked after and the position of the hotel is ideal for the ICC and other central venues. Breakfast is ok, rooms are clean and well proportioned. A good budget hotel representing value for money. Would book again for similar requirements.

Property Description

Our hotel has 120 bedrooms made up of a mixture of twin (2 single beds) double (double bed with sofa) and accessible rooms (for wheelchair users. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have a TV with channels 1 - 5 sky sports and local radio channels. All rates include continental breakfast with two hot items. We also have 2 meeting rooms available for hire. The costs are £200.00 full day. This includes three sets of teas and coffees during the day, bottles of still and sparkling water, mints and biscuits. It also includes equipment such as pens, pads paper, flip chart, LCD projector and screen. The rate for half day is £169.00 this also includes all of the above. We offer a buffet style lunch for delegates which start from £6.15 a head. This includes cold sandwiches, crisps and fruit. We also offer an alternative option which is priced at £8.15 per head which is a cold sandwich buffet with two hot savouries, crisps and fruit. The meeting rooms will hold the followingMeeting room 100 - theatre - 25 Classroom - 16 Boardroom - 14 U-shape -14Meeting room 101 - theatre - 30 Classroom - 18 Boardroom - 16-18 u-shape -16As we are located in the city centre all amenities are around a 10 minute walk.The Mailbox which has restaurants and designer shops is around a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The main street for clubs and bars (Broad Street) is located a short walk from the hotel.The main shopping centre the Bullring is also around a 10 minute walk. The main station New Street is also a short walk away.
