Not including alcohol or alcoholic beverages. •Attendees will be offered a 15% discount on rack rate, dependent upon availability. •The hotel will offer complimentary wireless internet for your guest and attendees•There is a $200.00 refundable deposit required for all events.•A 25% deposit of the total cost, is require to secure event date and space.•Full payment is due a minimum of seven days prior to conference room use. •Cancellation will result in forfeit of deposit.
