When I got to country inn and suites by Radisson. It was extremely difficult to get to, the hotel was under construction but they still allowed guests to stay. The room was nice but no amenities were offered due to the construction except coffee. Brian was very helpful and has informed me that the hotel was now Travelodge, not Country Inn and suites by Radisson which was totally confusing especially when I called the number on the website to schedule and it took me to a 3rd party that answered a country inn and suites.

"The Worst"

Totally unacceptable! When I made reservations they did not tell me it was under total renovation. It should be closed! Walked thru construction to even FIND the check in. It was 10:00 and too late to EVEN go somewhere else. I am reporting to Better Business Bureau. Room was unacceptable. TV didn't work. No breakfast accommodations, homeless hanging out around construction. RIDICULOUS. I need a full refund! I know that won't happen but it should!

Newly renovated hotel with a modern yet charming country atmosphere.Curl up with a good book from our lending library beside the fireplace in the lobby or relax in the rocking chair on the front porch. Our hotel features a heated indoor pool and spa, kids pool, fitness center, business center, guest laundry, free wired and wireless Internet access, free USA Today paper, free hot breakfast buffet featuring sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, hot waffles, hot oatmeal bar, cool yogurt bar, pastries, fresh fruit, assorted juices, coffees, and much more all served on china and silverware.Our rooms are highlighted by 43" HD LCD TV's, a microfridge, in-room coffee, iron/board, plush bedding and plenty of space. We are located off of I-75/I-40 Exit 373 Campbell Station Rd. We are less than a mile from the new Turkey Creek shopping complex featuring over 30 restaurants, shopping, 18 theater movie complex featuring IMAX, spas, and more. We offer an excellent choice for sports team lodging for Knoxville area sporting events. Popular nearby Knoxville sports parks include US Cellular Soccer Complex, Lakeshore Park, Concord Park and Knoxville Sports Park.
