The hotel itself was clean, bar staff friendly and attentive, food good, great pool area. One star deducted for how difficult it was for my family and friends to book. They had to call back multiple times to try to get into the hotel block even when there were multiple rooms open. Eventually I reached out to the manager and she was able to speak with the front desk staff to resolve the issue. If 4.5 stars were an option, I would give that because it was great that the problem was resolved, but still frustrating that there was an issue in the first place. Definitely would recommend staying here though great location! Just be sure to check with your friends/families to see if they're having issues and keep an eye out for that. :).
