The customer experience at this location is next level terrible. I had extreme difficulty with changing a date. Was visiting the hotel for a work function and the hotel even had issues with our meeting room. They cancelled our room due to confusion with a dry erase board. The dry erase board is rented for $50 and it was damaged. Someone previously used permanent marker on it. This created a two hour delay for an entire classroom. I needed to add an extra day to my reservation and the rate jumped to $380.00 for one night. After checking out the valet lost my shaving kit bag with bathroom stuff. There was also a pair of gym shorts that were lost. The pocket on the outside of the bag which held these two items was zipped up by the valley. So this means he knows the items fell out and zipped the zipper. The hotel refuses to look at the security cameras in a prompt manner. They claim it is a process which takes two days minimum. The hotel was not able to help out with many other aspects of the visit. The valet gave the wrong car keys to someone causing a four hour delay for someone to get them back. The hotel is mid managed and mistakes were made constantly and the attitude by staff and management was “it is what it is” this is unacceptable. Do not stay at this location. I will make sure I tell everyone my story.

We had a large group of 38 to travel to Miami for a one night stay at the Hampton Inn Miami midtown. This by far was one of my best hotel experiences. The facility is updated and absolutely beautiful. The staff from the group sales team, to the front desk staff were phenomenal. Special thank you to Daniela Bohert.
