Edinburgh Suite The largest hotel function space in the city, our much-admired Edinburgh Suite is the ideal venue for high-profile conferences and events. Stylish, flexible and spacious, the refurbished Edinburgh Suite can accommodate up to 500 theatre style, 350 classroom style, 1,000 for a reception and 500 for a banquet. Bathed in natural daylight, the Edinburgh Suite is an excellently equipped space that can easily be divided into two equal halves for smaller events, and with a separate entrance, it is perfectly suited to private registrations. When combined with the Atrium, the venue can host a reception for up to 2,000 guests. The Edinburgh Suite also benefits from an in-built PA system, adjustable LED lighting, movable staging, two recessed screens (10ft x 7.5ft) and no obstructing pillars. What’s more, the Edinburgh Suite leads directly into the Atrium, an elegant break-out area for buffet lunches and pre-dinner drinks, or exhibition space. When combined, both rooms can host a reception for up to 1,500 guests, making the Sheraton Grand one of Edinburgh’s most desirable events venues. The Atrium As the stylish centrepiece of our dedicated new meeting area, the Atrium provides an elegant setting for buffet lunches and pre-dinner drinks, and can also serve as an exhibition space or break-out area for larger events.
