The room was lovely. The workout room was fair. Only one treadmill was working. There was no hot tub that was disappointing. The body was pump did not as well.

Oversll positive experience but was expecting a full service hotel, wheress this property is more like a budget motel where you hsve to do everything for yourself park your car out bck get a luggsge rsck etc. Don't arrive expecting to be pamperrd as at other Hyatt Regencies.

The employees are excellent. The check in was one hour late and I noticed the same for several other customers. The unit was nice. It was clean as well. There is no restaurant in the area so a nice dinner is out of the question. The airport shuttle was on time and the driver was courteous and efficient.
