My best friend and I chose to stay at this hotel because it looked warm and inviting with many amenities. We stayed two nights and were extremely pleased with the room and bathroom. Everything was clean and the view from our room was very nice. I can't say enough about the staff, friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was great. Would I stay here again. Most definitely šŸ’Æ.

The traffic was loud, (busy with big trucks etc) .. but there is nothing that can be done to fix that ! it was a very good place to stay and would stay there again!

The room was barely large enough to contain the bed! There was no chest of drawers so there was no place for us to put our fold up clothes. There was no closet so we could not hang up our other clothes. In the nonexistent closet there were no extra pillows or blankets. We finally ordered extra pillows and towels. The soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower were almost impossible to use and one of them started falling off the wall. The air conditioner boomed on and off making sleep almost impossible. All in all if you have a choice of staying at the ā€œTru by Hilton Lancaster Eastā€ or checking in at the Bates Motel, say hello to Norman for me.

We were there for our 38th wedding anniversary. We stayed two nights. Everything was excellent. The rooms were clean. We had one minor issue and the gentleman that was on duty named Isaac took care of it. Everything was wonderful. We are looking forward to coming back next year.
