Cleaning policies
Our rooms are cleaned and sanitized with Hilton's approved ECOLAB products: Peroxide Glass and Surface Cleaner, Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner and Disinfectant, Multi Purpose Disinfecting Wipes, A-456 II Disinfectant, Neutral Disinfectant Cleaner. Our linens are washed at high temperature using the recommended ECOLAB line of products and dried/folded. The entire process is done in-house, each hotel has its own laundry, no linen leaves the hotel. Same goes for our dishes, entire line of ECOLAB products, Quat Sanitizers, 3 sink process and high temp machines in all 3 properties. Lobby attendants are constantly disinfecting contact surfaces in the public areas, such as door knobs, elevator panels, gym equipment, bathrooms, etc. Alcohol Gel pumps are available in the lobby area and restaurant, sanitizing wipes in the gym. The staff is equipped with the necessary tools, disposable gloves, protective eye wear and masks if needed.
