All guest rooms are cleaned and disinfected using commercial grade cleaning solutions between guest stays, including all frequently touched objects and surfaces, such as door handles, remote controls, telephones, etc. Short stays the guests will service their own room, amenities provided as needed by front desk. Longer stays, the housekeepers will service rooms but wear disposable gloves and masks. The guests are not permitted to be in the room during the cleaning service. Rooms formally occupied by a confirmed infected guest or team member will be locked and left vacant for 72 hours after departure before housekeeping services are performed. Virucidal cleaner is used for any reactive cleaning measures related to an infected person or situation. Public areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected, in particular frequently touched surfaces, i.e. phones, elevator buttons, door handles, etc. All hand contact surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected every 2-4 hours.
