Property Description
Our style is organic-modern and our goal is to bring a luxury option to town that truly encompasses the spirit of Portland. Portland is not austere, showy, over the top, or exclusive; It's not a place that embraces the status quo as the best option, it explores and wants to improve. Portland is obsessed with "making", repurposing, being interesting and inventive, and most of all being human. The Hi-Lo will share these qualities and provide the services, amenities, and the right balance of high design, with roots in the raw industrial side, to ensure a luxurious boutique experience. On site, we will have a brand new lobby bar and new upscale restaurant, featuring a beautiful marriage between traditional Mexican and the Northwest flavors. We are three blocks from the new culinary hot spot, the Pine Street Market, 5 blocks from Pioneer Square, both across the street and two blocks away from two of Portland's largest food cart pods, and two blocks from Tom McCall Waterfront Park
