The room was very spacious and clean but not as clean as it should have been due to COVID 19. Some things were visibly overlooked or not re cleaned after previous guests left. On returning to our room the 1st night, the guest relations rep was having an issue with homeless (Gypsies as he put it) in the parking lot and staying with a guest. We aren't afraid of Pibull's but these guests had one in the lobby as well as the parking lot. The hotel is in a good location downtown near many local restaurants and Dutch Brothers as well as Starbucks. We would stay here again in hopes this review helps them do a better job with sanitizing.

"Perfect model of customer service."

The level of security and privacy concerning my private information surprised me. The reservation I made online had my name misspelled and the hotel receptionist gave no indication that she could find my reservation until I found my reservation and realized the error. Instantly she "found" it and the customer service was perfect from that point forward. The security guard was courteous and attentive. His level of situational awareness was 5/5. I deeply appreciated the courtesy extended to me by the staff during my stay. I have stayed at four competing hotels recently and this was by far my favorite.
