Property description

We are a boutique hotel featuring 21 individual king suites as well as 2 and 4 bedroom condos. This hotel, a part of TopSail Village, is located on the west side of Scenic Highway 30-A and was completed in July of 2010.30-A Suites is less than a mile from TopSail Hill Preserve State Park which offers over 3 miles of secluded white beaches, coastal dune lakes, and sand dunes towering over 25 feet tall.Additionally, 30-A Suites is just minutes away from Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf, Grayton Beach, WaterColor, and just 8 miles west from Seaside.
