Whether seeking a venue for a large meeting, conference, or a smaller, more intimate meeting, Painter's Lodge has exceptional ocean view conference facilities, attentive staff, and an on-site group coordinator to make organizing events enjoyable and hassle free. With the confirmation of twenty attendees and the utilization of our catering services, we are please to offer a function room on a complimentary basis for meeting and dining requirements! For more casual gatherings, our BBQ area by the pool is great for large and small groups. Some team building and networking activities available to your attendees include: guided fishing, Zodiac Adventure Tours, Whale Watching, Sunset Tours on our 52' Pacheena Princess, golfing, and a luxurious waterfront Aveda Spa at April Point. Guests staying at April Point Resort or Painter's Lodge can partake in facilities and activities at either resort via the complimentary ten minute water shuttle that runs between the two resorts. Kayaks, mountain bikes, and mopeds are available for rent at April Point Resort while Painter's Lodge has a Fitness Centre, heated pool, outdoor tennis courts, and hot tubs. An early morning of exuberant activity and camaraderie sets the tone for a day of meetings, and at the close of the day, exchanging stories over a fine meal develops rapport with clients and business associates alike. We assist with the planning and organizing of activities from start to finish, we'll even organize a fishing derby for some friendly competition, from the weigh-in to giving out prizes, we can do it.
